    About the movie

From the acclaimed director Michael Bay (Transformers trilogy) comes Pain & Gain (Cert 15), a new action comedy about three knucklehead personal trainers who get into all sorts of trouble thanks to their greed and stupidity.

Based on the unbelievable true story of a group of personal trainers in 1990s Miami, the three men go in search of the rich and luxurious lives of their wealthy clients.

As with their perfectly sculpted bodies, these wannabes believe that they can have anything as long as they’re willing to put the work in. But when they’re ridiculous scheme of extortion and kidnapping goes terribly wrong, they’ll have to rethink their action plan.

With Mark Wahlberg (Ted) and Dwayne Johnson (G. I. Joe Retaliation) teaming up for a second and equally hilarious time since The Other Guys, get your blood pumping with this fast paced, action comedy.

Pain & Gain (Cert 15) is in cinemas nationwide from 30 August 2013.
